It is no secret that Nicole Scherzinger is super fit. The American singer-songwriter, record producer, dancer, model and actress is certainly in fine shape and she has to be to keep up with her busy schedule.
Speaking to UK magazine InStyle, the celebrity revealed that one of the ways she keeps slim and healthy is by slipping into her yoga clothing and taking part in the exercises, the Belfast Telegraph reports.
This is a popular form of activity and lots of people around the UK and all over the world love to don their yoga wear and get involved.
Meanwhile, Scherzinger also noted that her intense stage shows help her to keep fit. In addition, she goes running to boost her health. The 33-year-old, who is perhaps best known for her role as lead singer in The Pussycat Dolls, remarked: “Fitness is a big part of my everyday life.
“My dances for my tour are super-intense, so I’ll do six to eight-hour rehearsals a day and when I’m not dancing, I love running or practising Bikram yoga.”
However, she also suggested that there is such a thing as too much exercise. She said: “It’s important to give your body a rest – my biggest beauty indulgence is a good deep-tissue massage; it really helps me recover after dancing in heels. I also try to get six to eight hours’ sleep a night and I drink lots and lots of water – it’s my favourite drink.”
Scherzinger went on to note that, while she manages to find time to don her yoga clothing and other exercise gear, she struggles to make room for her beauty regime. She revealed that, because of her hectic schedule, her basic beauty routine is “low-maintenance”.
Whatever she is doing certainly seems to be working for her. Her career carries on going from strength to strength and she is a role model for many women across the globe.
