Supporting those who have experienced severe trauma

If you have always been interested in helping those who have undergone a traumatic event in their lives, we are able to assist. Thanks to Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), this can assist with treating both psychological trauma and PTSD and has been regarded as such for a substantial period of time.

The EMDR workshops which are provided as part of the training that we supply is designed to give the best possible results for all of those who attend. Only a maximum of twelve people are allowed to be present at EMDR training at one point and is led by an experienced trainer or facilitator. The trainees are then able to practice the protocol by applying this to their own material which has been gained as a clinician or client. Held over seven days, there are four parts to the EMDR workshops which we run. All possible aspects are taken into consideration during the EMDR training which is organised with the knowledge that is gained during this short period of time being beneficial.

When these parts have been completed, the attendees will be trained to a level that is recognised all around Europe as well as the United Kingdom and Ireland. Ten out of twenty hours will have been passed with the remaining hours that are needed in order to be accredited being gained through voluntary means. Although it is thanks to these ways that you are able to acquire an EMDR Europe certificate of completion, it is highly recommended that this is done. By doing so means that you will be an EMDR UK and Ireland Association and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner.
