Ryan Air has been showing its sexier side and has released a calendar complete with shots of attractive cabin crew members wearing lingerie. The women were pictured in a variety of locations and poses in their bras and pants and according to those behind the calendar, it is the best the firm has made to date.
The organisation has been producing annual collections of snaps like this since 2008, but it suggests that the 2012 Ryanair Cabin Crew Charity Calendar is the sexiest yet.
A total of 13 members of staff are pictured in their lingerie and swimwear.
All the money raised from sales of the product will go to the charity DEBRA. Founded in 1978 by a group of parents whose children were affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), it aims to stimulate knowledge and interest in the medical condition. It now has operations in 32 countries around the world.
EB is a rare genetic condition that causes sufferers’ skin and internal body linings to blister at the slightest knock or rub. The complaint affects around one in 17,000 births and there are currently around 5,000 people with the disorder in the UK.
Meanwhile, anyone keen to buy the calendars and catch a glimpse of the cabin crew in their bras can purchase them while flying with the airline.
Ryanair’s Stephen McNamara said: “Ryanair’s gorgeous cabin crew are pleased to once again strip off for charity and this year they have selected DEBRA who help children born with skin so fragile they are affectionately referred to as ‘Butterfly Children’.
“We hope that the 2012 Charity Calendar will raise up to €100,000 to help DEBRA bring 50 children and their families on a once in a lifetime holiday to Malaga where they are provided with professional care and assistance by the DEBRA team to ensure an unforgettable family holiday.”
